Clear goal find your feeling of importance . what is your goal and you're become what in future(engineer,doctor,.........) find information about how to achieve the goal schedule your day set yearly goal  then monthly goal  then daily goal then fix what to do at that hour  If you didn't control your time means someone use your time. While you waste your time this minute on tyhe other person do something above you miond it. Motivation you don't need any motivation if you finish your daily task eventhough disaster you have a satisfaction yourself it is the true motivation. your true motivation is in yourself you have to find it.
